The Annual General Body is the Yearly Meeting for all the Members and Missionaries of Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association. This meeting is Conducted at the Mar Thoma Sabha Auditorium, Thiruvalla in August or September Months of Every Year. The meeting is presided by the President of Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association. The meeting mainly contains mainly 3 sessions.

1 . Missionary Meeting : Biblical Meeting for the Missionaries, Members and Public. This Meeting contains a Biblical Talk, Mission Work Details, Prayer and Bible study. The Song Service is conducted by Gospel Team.

2 . Business Meeting : This meeting is for Managing Committee Members and all the Representatives of Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association coming from different parishes. In this meeting the report of One year activities and the financial report and Budget of MTEA is presented. Also the meeting discuss about the future activities of MTEA.

3. Elections : The election for the 8 Managing Committee Members is held each year. Once in 3 years the Elections for the Office Bearers is held in this election.
